Files, Folders, Shortcuts
The Files, Folders, Shortcuts page defines the layout of your product's folders, files and shortcuts. It is organized much like Windows Explorer: on the left is a folders tree that closely resembles the actual Windows folders tree and on the right the contents of the currently selected folder are shown in a list. Below the two, the attributes of the currently selected object(s) are displayed.
When designing your installer, you create further folders as required by your product and add the product's files to the various predefined and newly created folders. Shortcuts to your product's files are also created on this page.

Tarma QuickInstall 2.x upgrade notes
The most important differences from the Project - Files page in Tarma QuickInstall 2.x are:
- Tarma QuickInstall 2.x showed only folders that were actually installed, using symbolic top-level folders. InstallMate 7.x shows a nearly complete folders tree that mirrors the Windows folders tree.
- Tarma QuickInstall 2.x used <AppFolder> as the symbolic, pseudo-top level folder that served as the application's main installation folder. The actual <AppFolder> path was set elsewhere (on the Installation page). InstallMate 7.x uses the INSTALLDIR alias for the primary installation folder and shows this folder in its actual location in the tree.
- Tarma QuickInstall 2.x had a separate Shortcuts page to define the shortcuts for the application. InstallMate 7.x integrates shortcuts with the rest of the folders tree; you define them in the All Users or Current User subtrees (or any other location you like).
